Poppy Farm Caravan Park

There is one self-catering caravan which is available for holiday letting. The site is adjacent to the family farm with good access from the quiet country lane and there is a car parking space next to the caravan. There is ample space around the caravan, with a seating and a picnic area.

We have a safe and secure play area with a range of equipment set in a base of wood bark chippings. There is also plenty of space for older children to play ball games. The whole area is enclosed. All we ask is that children are supervised to enjoy their play.

The holiday caravan is 6 berth and measures 36 x 10 feet with two access doors. It is situated within easy reach of the farm and is positioned carefully so as to take advantage of the excellent views of surrounding fields and hills. You can simply step outside your door and take in the fresh air and amazing scenery.

The caravan offers spacious accommodation with quality furnishings. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, a twin bedded room with an extra bunk bed and additional berths in the lounge area. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower and flush toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc with all cutlery and crockery provided. Hot and cold water is on tap from a mains supply. The dining area is set adjacent to the kitchen. The well furnished and spacious lounge has a gas fire and colour TV/DVD. Electricity and gas are included in the accommodation cost. Duvets/Pillow are provided. We ask that visitors bring their own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. Tea towels are provided. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Open from March to November.

The caravan is let on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are available in low season. A deposit secures a reservation, cheques made payable to P.H. Thompson.
